American-Nigerian based ER physician turned fashion designer, Esther Ihezie, has announced the launch of her new fashion brand, Ezie featuring her debut collection The Essentials.

Trading in her scrubs for a longing career in fashion,The Essentials, is a timeless creation of ready to wear flirty daytime fun to sultry evening wear – the prefect go to and must have transitional and occasionwear collection.

“Transitioning from medicine to fashion has been an covetous dream of mine. I loved saving lives but I also had this burning unapologetic desire to make women feel good about themselves and what they put on. There’s an emotive and physical therapy to fashion that I love and I’m thrilled that now I have the chance to do both,” said Esther Ihezie.









The Essentials by Ezienow housed by celebrity fashion stylist Kanayo Ebi in her New York based showroom Kach Me If You Can, is a classic staple collection for every woman’s wardrobe. Featuring five elegant yet playful and define multi-wear silhouette dresses and playsuits inspired and reminiscent of the vintage 1960’s iconic Jackie Kennedy era; each piece is specially designed for every celebratory occasion.

"Most celebrity women in the entertainment industry have had to sleep with one big man or the other to have the comfortable life they live. Its common knowledge". He said whenever he hangs out with his friends and they talk about getting married to actresses, that most times the men say never because they've met these actresses in private places with these big men.
