We are indeed excited today for receiving these photos to this stunning collection!
The new Cherish collection of Nigeria-London based bespoke bridal, evening and formal daywear brand is absolutely gorgeous and indeed fit for today’s woman that want to make a statement that cuts across from African to the Western world! Each piece in this collection has been given female Yoruba, they are- Abike, Aduke, Ajoke, Ronke and Tinuke respectively.
Yemi Osunkoya is the designer behind the Kosibah label explained to us that Kosibah is a brand that specialises in contemporary and elegant couture bridal, evening and formal daywear using luxurious fabrics and sumptuous embellishments.

Yemi has come to be known for his signature use of corsetry and boned bodices that cleverly recreates the classical and elegant hourglass figure, producing gowns that curve, shape and flatter the wearer just as you can see on the models in this collection. All of his gowns are made to measure.
it is obvious that the team at Kosibah are committed to providing exceptional quality of service and meticulous attention to detail.

The Queen of Cowrie, Dion is a Nigerian designer, and her brand La Falaise Dion is inspired by African spirituality and mystical practices. According to Dion “ the cowrie has a special significance in the African culture and has been seen by our ancestors to be an object of divination, a communication link between men and spirits, also the cowrie represents wealth, power, protection, the woman, creation, feminity, and also sexuality.” And as a matter of fact, has been used in the past as a form of old currency in West Africa. Dion’s brand is the designer’s way to not only honour her ancestors’ history but to write her own. According to her, “it is time for us black Africans to reconcile with our heritage and reclaim our culture; our spirituality, our gods and embrace it.
