DIY: LOSING WEIGHT IN 7 WAYS

    

These great tips work well for shedding weight fast and naturally.
During the festive period, we ate our hearts out promising to shed all the weight later, now later is here! The weight gained has to go but if you seem to be struggling with shedding the weight after various workouts then its time to do something different, you will find these tips useful.



 1) PREPARE YOUR OWN MEALS.
When you make your own meals, you mind what goes in the meal. There is a higher possibility of a restaurant using any vegetable oil in their meals where you will probably use a fat free oil for instance amongst many things that go in a dish. Try make this a habit, you will b amazed at how much it helps.

2) DON'T SKIP BREAKFAST.
 Never skip breakfast, when you do you stand the risk of being super hungry the rest of the day making you down food in much more larger portion which is not healthy!


3) CUT DOWN MEAL SIZE.
Try as much as possible to eat smaller portions. Don't mount food on your plate like a mountain. If you feel full, then it is time to stop eating, do not make yourself eat up everything you have left on your plate! Listen to your body it knows exactly when to stop!

4) LEARN WHICH FOODS ARE BAD AND GOOD FOR YOU.
 Check out food that are diet friendly and stick to them. Educate yourself about food calories and so on. Load up on veggies and remember everything green is good for you.

5) EAT SPICY FOOD.
Eating spicy food slows your eating which ultimately reduces the portion you take (it works for some people) while also speeding up your metabolism, breaking down your food as fast as possible which is a great way to stay in shape.


6) DON'T SKIP PROTEIN.
It's very important to have balanced diet when trying to lose weight fast. That's why you need to make sure that at least two of your daily meals contain sufficient amount of protein. Eggs, white meat, fish would be the best natural sources of protein for you.


7) INCREASE YOUR FIBRE INTAKE.
Make oatmeal your daily breakfast. Fibre is essential for a healthy weight loss, your body will detox naturally, the digestive system will run smoothly, your metabolism will speed up and you will feel healthier.
